Effective July 15, 2020, we'll no longer accept checks or written requests (also known as letters of instruction or LOIs) to make purchases into all client accounts. This will allow us to better serve our clients, strengthen our focus on core products and services, and help give investors the best chance for investment success.

There's a faster and more efficient way for you to request a purchase online.
- Log in to your Vanguard account.
- From the menu, choose My Accounts, select Buy & sell, and follow the instructions.
It's easy to set up your account for online access at http://www.vanguard.com/register. You can also link your bank account to your Vanguard account.
- From the menu, choose My Accounts and select Profile & account settings.
- Under Banking and money movement, select Bank information, and follow the instructions.
