FAQs

Yes, we're constantly making changes to improve our experience. Your feedback helps us to decide which of these changes we include first. When we do make an update, it will be available in your device's app store.

We have a variety of new features in the works. Soon, we'll be bringing back Research so you can search for mutual funds and ETFs. We're also working to implement push notifications and expanded education offerings.

We currently support most account types but we're still working to fully support SEP IRAs and Inherited IRAs.

529 plans and 403bs aren't available in the app at this time. You'll need to visit vanguard.com to make a transaction or view your account details.

Currently we don't plan to support non-brokerage Mutual Fund only accounts within the Vanguard app. You can access this account type on vanguard.com.

You can easily move money into and out of Vanguard by accessing our Transact center in the bottom nav.

For general brokerage accounts:

  • To add money to your settlement fund: under Move Money, choose Deposit.
  • To take money out of your settlement fund: under Move Money, choose Withdraw.

For IRAs:

  • To add money to your settlement fund: under Move Money, choose Contribute.
  • To take money out of your settlement fund: under Move Money, choose Withdraw.

Once you deposit money into your settlement fund, you can use this money to purchase other assets.

To switch user accounts, you'll need to turn off the Remember Me feature in the app:

  1. Visit the Support tab in the bottom navigation.
  2. Access Settings.
  3. Turn off Remember Me by selecting the toggle.

If you have Biometric Login enabled, you'll need to turn this feature off by selecting the toggle as well.
